One Team East Devon is an internal brand for the Council designed to promote three core themes: Connect, Grow, and Thrive. This identity was developed through a comprehensive exploratory process, which focused on defining the most effective route for an internal brand and assessing how employees would engage with this new cultural initiative. Workshops and staff surveys provided the essential foundation that allowed us to successfully develop and present this internal brand.
